Ministry of Employment and Labor, Busan city and KB Kookmin Bank co-host 2026 KB GoodJob Busan Job Festival
The Ministry of Employment and Labor, Busan city and KB Kookmin Bank are co-hosting the 2026 KB GoodJob Busan Job Festival on Monday at BEXCO's Exhibition Hall 1 in Haeundae-gu, Busan.
More than 200 small and midsize companies are taking part, including firms jointly designated as "youth employment excellent companies" by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, as well as outstanding Busan-based businesses.
A seminar for young job seekers will be held as part of the fair, covering the latest data-driven hiring trends and job-search strategies. The program also includes a talk concert where participants can receive tailored advice on employment and career concerns submitted in advance.
A youth employment policy information booth will offer detailed guidance on key programs — the youth employment excellent company program, the Youth Employment Jump Incentive, youth work experience initiatives and the K-New Deal Academy. Additional side events designed to give practical help to job seekers include company recruitment briefings and one-on-one employment consulting sessions.
KB Kookmin Bank has also arranged direct support for both job seekers and participating companies.
The first 500 interviewees will receive a 10,000-won ($8) interview support payment. Companies that hire participants as full-time employees will receive 1 million won per hire, up to a maximum of 10 million won per company, as an incentive to make on-site job offers.
Job seekers wishing to attend can visit the fair's official website for detailed recruitment information, including job categories and working conditions for each participating company.
