Hankook Tire & Technology announced Monday that it will supply its ultra-ultra-high-performance tire, the Ventus S1 evo Z, as original equipment for Porsche's new Panamera.

The supply lineup adds new 21-inch sizes — 275/35 ZR21 for the front axle and 325/30 ZR21 for the rear. The 19- and 20-inch sizes Hankook Tire has supplied for the Panamera since 2021 will also carry over to the new model, giving the Ventus S1 evo Z a complete size range from 19 to 21 inches.

All supplied sizes will bear the Porsche-exclusive certification mark "ND0" on the sidewall.

The Ventus S1 evo Z is designed to balance ride comfort with dynamic driving performance for the Panamera. On top of the standard approval tests for the vehicle segment, Hankook Tire said it conducted high-speed runs at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in Germany to verify the tire's structural integrity and capability under high-performance sport driving conditions.

The tread features an asymmetric pattern. The tread blocks are engineered to maintain block rigidity across different driving conditions, while three main grooves on the inner side improve drainage on wet surfaces. A wider outer block ratio enhances cornering performance and grip on dry roads.

A dual-carcass structure reinforced with aramid hybrid fiber boosts high-speed stability. The construction reduces heat-induced tire deformation at high speeds to preserve steering response, while high-tensile steel belts and beads, along with a reinforced sidewall, ensure straight-line stability and handling performance.

Hankook Tire has been supplying original equipment tires to major Porsche models since it began with the Macan in 2015, adding the Cayenne, Taycan and 718 Boxster to its portfolio. In July, it also began supplying tires for the 911 Carrera.

Meanwhile, Hankook Tire & Technology sells tires in more than 160 countries through four regional headquarters, more than 30 overseas branches, eight production facilities and five R&D centers. The company generates more than 85 percent of its total sales from overseas markets.
