Bonghwa-gun in North Gyeongsang Province held a commemorative photo event Thursday at the county office's main conference room as part of a "Wear a Dokdo T-shirt, Stand as One" campaign ahead of Dokdo Day on Oct. 25. Staff at the main office donned Dokdo-themed T-shirts and chanted slogans, while employees at affiliated agencies, public offices, and township and village offices also took part in the photo event to reaffirm their commitment to protecting Dokdo. As part of a Dokdo Appreciation Week, Bonghwa-gun has been running the T-shirt campaign through Friday for all county employees.
