Store moves to second floor of M-World near Seo-Daegu Station
Customers can buy and sell vehicles in one place; six showrooms nationwide
Auto Inside, a company-owned and certified used-car platform, has relocated its Daegu store to a local automotive trading complex and is expanding used-car services for customers in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province. The store offers both vehicle purchase and sale consultations in one place and supports contactless online purchases.
AutoHands, the company that operates Auto Inside, said Thursday it had moved the Daegu store to the second floor of M-World, an automotive trading complex near Seo-Daegu Station, and begun operations there.
The new store's key feature is its location inside a complex where used-car listings are concentrated. Customers browsing multiple vehicles across the complex can also view Auto Inside's company-owned and certified used cars. Those looking to sell their current vehicle or trade up to another used car can handle all related consultations in one visit.
Through the relocation, Auto Inside plans to expand its reach among customers in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province and strengthen ties with other automotive facilities within the complex.
Auto Inside currently operates six showrooms nationwide, including the Daegu store. The company manages the entire process — purchasing vehicles directly, inspecting their condition and then selling them — under a company-owned structure, and also offers extended warranty services after purchase.
The certified used-car service, launched in February last year, selects and sells vehicles that meet set criteria. Eligible vehicles must be no more than eight years old, have traveled fewer than 120,000 kilometers and have no accident history, and must pass a proprietary 205-point precision inspection.
After purchase, buyers receive a free warranty covering six months or up to 10,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. The measure is designed to ease consumer concerns about vehicle condition and the cost of post-purchase repairs.
Auto Inside also runs an online purchase service for customers who find it difficult to visit a store in person. Through its "Home Service," customers can buy a vehicle without going to a showroom, and purchases made through the service are eligible for a seven-day refund policy.
AutoHands said it plans to continue operating both offline showrooms and an online platform to offer customers a wider range of ways to buy used cars.
"We expect the relocation of the Daegu store to make it more convenient for customers in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province to use Auto Inside's used-car services," said Kim Seong-jun, chief executive of AutoHands. "We will continue to build a trustworthy used-car trading environment grounded in customer-centered service and systematic vehicle quality management."
