HS Hwaseong announced Wednesday that it had signed a landscaping MOU with Samsung C&T's resort division for the Gungjeon Mansion reconstruction project at a ceremony held on the seventh floor of its headquarters.
Under the agreement, the two companies will develop differentiated landscaping spaces for the reconstruction project and provide comprehensive landscaping solutions aimed at maximizing the development's marketability.
Gungjeon Mansion is a premium residential complex of mid- to large-sized units in a prime location in Daegu's Suseong-gu. Since residents first moved in in 1988, it has maintained a reputation as one of Daegu's most prestigious apartment complexes.
The current complex stands at up to 15 stories and comprises 538 units. It is set to be transformed into a new premium residential complex through reconstruction.
The collaboration is expected to strengthen HS Hwaseong's high-end residential brand EHCRA, advancing it into a fully realized luxury residential product that raises the quality of every element residents experience, from architecture and landscaping to interior design, community amenities and residential services.
"We plan to provide landscaping solutions optimized for the complex, drawing on Samsung C&T Resort's expertise in seasonal landscape design, water features and open-space landscaping," said Park Jin-pil, a team leader at HS Hwaseong. "We will create a landscaping environment befitting the symbolic status and prestige that Gungjeon Mansion has built."
