Samsung Electronics announced Tuesday that it participated as an official partner in the La Liste 2027 Korea Awards, a global culinary event held Monday at Paradise City in Incheon.

La Liste is a global culinary evaluation guide covering restaurants, hotels and pastry shops around the world. Each year it analyzes media coverage, expert reviews and customer review data from countries worldwide to announce its Global Top 1000 Selection of restaurants.

Samsung Electronics set up a hands-on product experience space at this year's awards venue, allowing attendees to try out its Bespoke AI home appliances firsthand. The exhibition featured the Bespoke AI refrigerator in the Kitchen Fit Max design and the Infinite Line hood-integrated induction cooktop, targeting consumers with a strong interest in kitchen interior design.

The Bespoke AI Family Hub Kitchen Fit Max refrigerator — equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen — and the Bespoke AI Kimchi Plus Kitchen Fit Max kimchi refrigerator can be installed flush against a cabinet with just 4 millimeters of clearance on each side, giving them a built-in look.

The Infinite Line hood-integrated induction cooktop has a ventilation hood built into the center of the cooktop itself, eliminating the need for a separate ceiling-mounted hood and freeing up overhead space.

At the Samsung Electronics exhibition, Chef Tami Lee, a specialist in classic French cuisine, held a live demonstration introducing the various features of the Bespoke AI kitchen appliances.

Samsung Electronics also partnered with La Liste at the ceremony to present a special "Game Changer Award." This year's recipient was Chef Woo Jeong-wook, a hansik, or Korean cuisine, expert recognized for bringing fresh energy to the culinary world through creative thinking and bold experimentation.

"It is meaningful to introduce the distinctive kitchen experience of Bespoke AI home appliances at La Liste, where top culinary figures from around the world gather," said Lee Sang-jik, executive vice president of Samsung Electronics' DA Business Division. "We will continue to expand our AI home appliances — designed to enhance the cooking experience and kitchen convenience — into global markets."
