Rayon, Continental, Ariake and Palsun all make global top 1,000

All four restaurants at Seoul Shilla Hotel have been named to the global dining guide La Liste 2027 for the fifth consecutive year.

At the La Liste 2027 Korea Awards ceremony held Monday, hansik restaurant Rayon, French restaurant Continental, Japanese restaurant Ariake and Chinese restaurant Palsun all earned spots on the guide's global top 1,000 list. La Liste is an annual evaluation body that selects the world's finest dining destinations from restaurants and hotels across more than 200 countries.

Rayon was the first Korean restaurant listed by La Liste when it debuted in 2017, achieving the highest score in the country at the time. It has maintained a place in the top 200 since 2019. Continental and Ariake have been included in the top 1,000 since 2019, while Palsun joined the list in 2023.

"This recognition is a meaningful achievement that validates the differentiated dining experience and customer-centered service Seoul Shilla Hotel has long pursued," a hotel official said. "We will continue to strengthen our world-class culinary offerings and service to provide customers with ever more special experiences."

Meanwhile, Seoul Shilla Hotel has been collecting honors at other global awards as well. The Lounge & Bar "The Library" was named a Hotel Star Bar by Forbes Travel Guide in June, and Palsun is the only Chinese restaurant in Korea to have received a 2026 Trip.Gourmet Award. Rayon holds a two-star Michelin rating.
