LS Mtron announced Tuesday that it has obtained ISO 37301 compliance management system certification from the Korea Compliance Institute (KCI).

LS Mtron, an industrial machinery and advanced components affiliate of LS Group, held a certification ceremony Monday, with LS Mtron CEO Shin Jae-ho and KCI Vice President Kim Myeong-ok in attendance. ISO 37301 is an international standard for compliance management systems established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

LS Mtron said it plans to use the certification as an opportunity to strengthen its compliance framework and support its ESG management efforts. The company expects the move will help it meet compliance requirements from global customers and boost customer trust and competitiveness in securing orders.

"We will use this certification as a stepping stone to embed compliance into the daily work of all employees," Shin said. "We will repay the trust of our customers and society through transparent and responsible management."
