Certified by Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for blood circulation improvement and muscle pain relief

Ceragem, a medical home appliance company, has unveiled a new mat designed to improve blood circulation.

The new Celtron circulation mat is a medical device that users can place on a bed or floor and lie on to manage whole-body blood circulation. It was also developed to help relieve muscle pain, and has received certification from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for both functions.

The blood circulation improvement function uses the company's proprietary electric potential technology. Electrode pads on the underside generate a voltage difference that delivers mild electrical stimulation to the body, helping improve circulation throughout. The company added that the device applies an optimal electric potential intensity for extended use, making it comfortable enough to use while sleeping.

The mat also features a heating function for muscle pain relief. Using heating technology that reaches up to 60 degrees Celsius, it increases blood flow and distributes warmth evenly from head to toe. The temperature can be set across six levels ranging from 35 to 60 degrees Celsius, allowing users to adjust according to personal preference, physical condition and season. The company said it can also serve as a substitute for a conventional heating mat in winter.

"The electric potential and heating functions can be easily controlled through an intuitive touch-type controller," the company said. "Usage time can be set to four, six or eight hours."
