Singer Seo In-young has revealed that a daring stage outfit once got her banned from a music broadcast program.

The story came to light Thursday on E Channel's entertainment show "Seo In-young's Yuhaengkkondae."

When an old photo of Seo appeared on a monitor during the program, she reacted with visible irritation. "What on earth is that? I hate this monitor," she said. "Why did you blow up my old photo like that?"

She went on to explain that the photo was taken when she was in her early 20s, at a club event where she had invited reporters to introduce her debut album.

When fellow cast member Mimiminu described the outfit as "pubic bone fashion," Seo confirmed the look had consequences. "I got banned from KBS because of that outfit. I couldn't appear on the music broadcast," she said. "They said, 'That outfit won't do.' The outfit itself got banned."
