Art psychology tests, communication workshops offered at CFS, CLS sites
Coupang Inc announced it will run a month-long "World Mental Health Day 2026" campaign to support employee mental well-being, timed to World Mental Health Day on Saturday.
The campaign carries the slogan "better, together." It is open to employees not only at Coupang's offices but also at major centers of Coupang Fulfillment Service (CFS) and key camps of Coupang Logistics Service (CLS).
The program is organized by week. The first week features self-exploration and assessment activities, including "Meeting My Mind Through Art," which uses art psychology testing. The second week offers team-based mindfulness workshops built around the DISC behavioral assessment and the Enneagram personality test.
In the third week, Coupang's main offices will host a special lecture by Professor Lee Ho-seon titled "What Brings Us Closer Together." Sessions on how to use psychological counseling and find a good counselor, as well as a stress management and communication skills program for managers, will also be held.
The Coupang Care Center plans to continue supporting employees after the campaign ends by connecting them with professional mental health resources, including employee assistance program (EAP) counseling services. "Mental well-being — maintaining a healthy state of mind — is just as important a value at Coupang as physical health," a Coupang Care Center official said. "We hope the campaign gives employees a chance to look after their own minds and carry that self-care into their everyday lives."
