Woori Bank's performance ticketing platform "To the Moon" has sold out all 600 seats for the opening show of the 2026 Paju Fair Book & Culture festival, serving as the event's exclusive ticketing partner.

Woori Bank said Thursday that the 500 seats initially available for the free opening performance sold out ahead of schedule, prompting the bank to secure an additional 100 seats — which also sold out.

To the Moon is a cultural arts ticketing platform Woori Bank launched in April, positioning it as a community-oriented service. Users can search for performances, browse related content and purchase tickets all in one place, with fees lower than those of competing platforms.

The Paju Fair Book & Culture festival is the city's flagship multidisciplinary cultural event, bringing together literature, music and the arts around the theme of books. Running Friday through Oct. 18 at the Asia Publication Culture & Information Center and the surrounding Paju Book City area, the festival will feature a book market, book talks, exhibitions and performances.

Woori Bank will also operate a To the Moon promotional booth at the festival. On Friday and Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., the bank will run a roulette game and prize event tied to To the Moon membership sign-ups and Woori Bank account verification. The booth will also screen video introductions to the platform and its performance content, and provide information on financial services including Samsung Wallet Money and Woori WON Mobile.

The opening performance, "Books Alive!," will be held Friday at 5 p.m. on the second-floor event plaza of the Asia Publication Culture & Information Center. Writer Lee Seul-a, vocalist Lee Chan-hee of the band Next Generation — the two are siblings — and singer Cardegarden are set to take the stage in a program blending books and music.

"We will expand our partnerships with regional cultural events to enrich our customers' everyday lives with a wider range of cultural experiences," said Hong Woo-young, head of the ticket sales platform team at Woori Bank's platform project division.
