The fourth edition of the 2026 HUFS GSI Cup International Championship Fall Series, a junior golf tournament, will be held from Nov. 8 to 10 at Seongmunan Country Club in Wonju, Gangwon Province.

Organized by Hankuk University of Foreign Studies' Department of Global Sports Industry, the event serves as the season finale of the four-tournament HUFS GSI Cup series this year. The competition is open to 64 male and female amateur players between the ages of 13 and 19, accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be played over three days as a 54-hole stroke play event.

The male and female champions will each receive an invitation to compete in the 2026 Perth International Junior Open, to be held in Perth, Australia, in December. Tournament entry fees, green fees and a practice round are covered, while players are responsible for their own airfare and accommodation.

The HUFS GSI Cup counts toward the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) and has been officially listed on the Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS) since the third edition. According to the organizers, participants at earlier tournaments this year earned WAGR points, with some entering the world rankings for the first time.

The series is also expanding its overseas program. Four players — two male and two female — selected from this year's series are set to compete in an international junior tournament at Royal Jakarta Golf Club in Indonesia later this month.

"We are building a pathway for domestic junior players to pursue international rankings through competition and extend that experience to tournaments abroad," the organizing committee said, adding that it plans to develop both the tournament and its overseas exchange program going forward.
