Booyoung Group announced Tuesday that it is offering large-unit apartments at its Wolsan Sarangeuro Booyoung complexes 1 and 2, located in the Wolsan district of Hwado-eup, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, on a first-come, first-served basis.

The two complexes together comprise 24 buildings ranging from two below-ground to 33 above-ground floors, with a combined total of 2,934 units spanning exclusive use areas of 59 to 148 square meters. Booyoung Group is offering company-held units among the 639 large-format apartments with an exclusive use area of 148 square meters on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-sale prices start in the low 400 million won ($294,000) range.

The complexes connect to the Gyeongchun Expressway and the Toegyewon–Dabnae motorway, providing convenient access to Seoul and the broader metropolitan area. The opening of the Second Outer Ring Road in February 2024 further improved transportation links.

Residents can also look forward to expanded regional transit. The GTX-B line, running from Incheon's Songdo through Yeouido and Seoul Station to Maseok in Namyangju, is under development with a target completion date of 2031. Nearby schools include Namyangju Wolsan Elementary School, Hwagwang Middle School and Namyangju High School.

Major lifestyle amenities include shopping options such as Lotte Mart, Hanaro Mart and a large wholesale food market. When an additional 787-unit apartment complex within the Wolsan District 2 zone is completed in 2027, the area is expected to form a large-scale residential town. The Wolsan district's designation as a model eco-city means the complexes are surrounded by ample green space, including Wolsan District 6 Neighborhood Park, Songna Mountain and Munan Mountain.

Meanwhile, Booyoung Group has donated a cumulative total of more than 1.22 trillion won through various social contribution activities, including historical preservation, veterans' support and scholarship programs. In recognition, the company received the top residential welfare service award at The Herald Business's "Home I Want to Live In 2026" event held in September.
