Police arrested two foreign nationals — one Russian and one Kyrgyz — after a group brawl broke out at a park in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province. Authorities are still tracking down the remaining suspects.

Pyeongtaek Police Station received a 112 emergency call at around 11:30 p.m. Saturday reporting that several foreigners were fighting on a street in Poseung-eup, Pyeongtaek, according to Yonhap.

Video footage captured by a civilian patrol volunteer at the scene showed multiple foreigners repeatedly swinging clubs at a person who had been knocked to the ground.

Separate footage showed the group kicking a man before scattering and fleeing when civilian patrol members rushed toward them.

Officers who responded to the scene arrested two men, both in their 20s — identified as a Russian national and a Kyrgyz national — on charges of violating the Punishment of Violences Act.

The two are currently receiving hospital treatment for injuries including fractures.

Police believe about 10 people were involved in the brawl. Two other foreign nationals present at the scene are being questioned as witnesses, while investigators continue to track down additional suspects.
