Six of the new appointees born in the 1980s as company strengthens young leadership

'Next-generation management candidate pool expanded to respond nimbly to market changes'

Hanwha Solutions and Hanwha Advanced Materials announced Thursday that they had carried out a regular executive reshuffle to strengthen business competitiveness and accelerate future growth.

The companies appointed a total of 10 new executives, six of whom were born in the 1980s, reinforcing what the company described as a younger, more dynamic leadership.

The appointments followed a performance-first principle under which candidates were selected based on business results, expertise and future growth potential regardless of age or seniority. The company said the reshuffle aimed to place talent capable of driving change and delivering tangible results in a rapidly shifting global business environment, with a focus on strengthening organizational execution.

"We have elevated people who have built expertise in the field and proven their results, while boldly appointing young leaders to expand the next-generation management candidate pool," a Hanwha Solutions official said. "We will accelerate our transition into an organization that makes decisions faster and responds more nimbly to market changes."
