Domino's Pizza has topped the pizza restaurant category of the 2026 Korean Customer Satisfaction Index, or KCSI, organized by the Korea Management Association Consulting, for the 12th consecutive year.
Since entering the Korean market in 1990, Domino's has grown rapidly, surpassing 100 stores in 1999 and 200 in 2003. The chain now operates 491 stores as of September.
Over the past 36 years, Domino's has played a central role in popularizing pizza in South Korea and cementing its position as the country's leading delivery pizza brand.
The chain has built its classic and premium pizza lineup around carefully selected ingredients, including slow-fermented dough and top-grade cheese. More recently, it introduced a high-protein dough and a Triple Cheese Burst Edge crust that departs from its traditional dough format.
On the service front, Domino's has improved convenience through initiatives including a carry-out pizza guarantee program and a quick-order feature. It has also expanded brand engagement by enhancing in-app loyalty benefits and running discount and merchandise promotions through cross-industry partnerships.
In July, the company signed girl group RESCENE as its brand model to deepen its connection with Generation Z, and launched the "Mujinjang Shrimp Steak Pizza" in collaboration with popular fashion and beauty platform Musinsa.
"Thanks to the unwavering trust and support of our customers, we were able to achieve the meaningful milestone of topping the Korean Customer Satisfaction Index for 12 consecutive years," a Domino's Pizza official said.
