Home&Shopping announced Thursday that it has promoted three division heads — Lee Sung-hoon of the sales division, Lee Hyun-seung of the SME support division and Han Bok-hyun of the broadcasting division — to executive director.
Lee Sung-hoon joined Home&Shopping in 2011 and built his career in food and mobile products. He previously led the general food team and the mobile products team before taking on his current role as head of the sales division.
Lee Hyun-seung is a founding member of Home&Shopping and has led multiple departments, including communications, platform strategy and external affairs. As head of the SME support division, he oversees efforts to expand sales channels for small and medium-sized enterprises and foster cooperative partnerships with partner companies.
Han Bok-hyun has worked across a range of departments, including supply chain management, customer support and human resources, before assuming his current role as head of the broadcasting division. He has been responsible for broadcast content and organizational operations.
Through this round of promotions, Home&Shopping plans to strengthen the authority and accountability of each division while improving organizational expertise and operational efficiency.
Meanwhile, Home&Shopping operates broadcast sales and SME support projects with a core focus on expanding market access for small and medium-sized enterprise products. The SME support division in particular leads the company's efforts to build cooperative partnerships with partner companies and provide sales channel support for small and medium-sized enterprises.
