F&F Holdings' new CEO Ma Jeong-man [F&F Holdings]

F&F Holdings, the holding company of F&F, held a board meeting Wednesday and appointed Ma Jeong-man, executive vice president of finance, as its new CEO.

Ma, born in 1966, graduated from Korea University with a degree in international trade. He is a finance specialist who previously served as head of management support at CJ Construction, CEO of CJ Educations, and executive director of the management strategy division at CJ CheilJedang.

Ma is set to officially take office Thursday.

F&F operates global fashion brands including MLB, Discovery Expedition, Duvetica and Sergio Tacchini. The company has been accelerating its global expansion, most recently acquiring the worldwide trademark rights to Discovery Expedition.
