Nowon-gu in Seoul announced Tuesday that Jump, billed as South Korea's largest indoor multi-activity leisure facility, will officially open Friday.

The district-run adventure theme park spans 8,612 square meters across two above-ground floors, offering a year-round indoor leisure space unaffected by weather. Nowon-gu began pilot operations in June after more than eight years of preparation aimed at creating a nationally recognized landmark, dating back to 2018.

The facility is divided into six zones: a ride zone, an adventure zone, a survival zone, an arcade zone, an RC play zone and a kids' ground zone.

The ride zone, newly operational for the official opening, features two attractions: Battle Drift Kart and Sky Glider. Battle Drift Kart runs along an approximately 380-meter indoor track that uses the building's high ceilings to climb and descend to heights equivalent to a three-story building, letting riders experience the speed and cornering of a four-wheel kart. The indoor kart track is the largest of its kind in Asia. Sky Glider carries riders along an aerial rail over a 210-meter course.

Other offerings include a laser-tag survival game, interactive sports games that respond to body movements, a play facility where visitors can operate RC heavy equipment and mini cars, and a kids' ground for preschool-age children — providing a wide range of entertainment to suit different tastes.

Rest areas include a terrace and private party rooms, and a food lounge seating 400 serves Korean, Western, snack and bakery options. Group visits, including school field trips, are also accommodated. The facility operates daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., except on seollal and chuseok. Safety regulations, entry restrictions and ticket reservations are available on the official website.

"I hope every child, teenager and adult who visits Jump leaves with a thrilling sense of fun and the satisfaction of taking on a challenge," Nowon-gu District Mayor Seo Jun-o said.
