Companies in logistics, office work, video production and care services to offer about 250 positions

Yeongdeungpo-gu in Seoul announced Monday that it will host the "2026 Cheonhaje-il Job Fair."
The fair will be held Thursday at the Grand Ballroom on the first floor of the FKI Tower Conference Center. It is designed to connect job seekers with stable employment while giving companies the chance to recruit qualified candidates. Interviews, hiring decisions and job-placement support will all take place on-site in a single visit, with the aim of improving job seekers' chances of success.
The event is co-organized by Yeongdeungpo-gu, the Korea Federation of Enterprises, the KFE Middle-Aged Tomorrow Center and the Seoul Southern Employment and Labor Office. Twenty-five companies will participate, including KBS Security Co., E-mart, Coupang Fulfillment Services, MG Credit Information, McDonald's Korea and Seoul Transportation. A total of about 250 positions are expected to be filled across fields including logistics, office work, video production, asset management and taxi driving.
The venue will be divided into four zones: a corporate recruitment hall, a job-support hall, a job information hall and an events hall. The corporate recruitment hall will host one-on-one on-site interviews between job seekers and representatives from all 25 companies. In the job-support hall, the Yeongdeungpo-gu Integrated Job Support Center, the KFE Middle-Aged Tomorrow Center, the Seoul Southern Employment and Welfare Plus Center and the Seoul Southern Branch of the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities will serve as employment mentors. The four organizations will offer resume reviews and job-matching consultations tailored to each applicant's age, work history and disability status.
In the job information hall, the Yeongdeungpo-gu Workers' Comprehensive Support Center, the Yeongdeungpo-gu Family Center, the Yeongdeungpo Senior Welfare Center and the Yeongdeungpo Senior Club will provide information on local job openings and employment support programs.
The events hall will offer a range of free programs to sharpen job-seeking skills, including resume photo shoots, interview styling sessions, healing color therapy, AI-based resume and cover letter consulting, and a mobile fitness certification service from the Yeongdeungpo Physical Fitness Certification Center.
The fair runs from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and anyone seeking employment may attend without prior registration. Detailed hiring information is available on the Yeongdeungpo-gu district office website under the "Our District News" bulletin board.
