The University Job Plus Center at Daegu Catholic University ran the "2026 Aviation DREAM! Job Preparation Camp" from Friday to Saturday, co-organized by three Gyeongsan-area universities — Daegu Catholic University, Daegu University and Gyeongil University.

The two-day camp drew 55 current students and recent or soon-to-graduate alumni preparing for careers in aviation. Participants received lectures from industry professionals, analysis of hiring trends at airlines, and training in image-building and communication skills, giving them practical information needed to pursue jobs in the aviation sector.

Earlier, from Sept. 10 to 11, the center held a "Job Competency Strengthening Camp with Daegu Metropolitan Transit Corporation."

Aimed at participants interested in public-institution employment, the program offered NCS-based cover letter and interview coaching, job-role understanding sessions and a company visit to Daegu Metropolitan Transit Corporation to help attendees prepare for public-sector careers.

Kim Ki-sung, director of the University Job Plus Center, said the center would continue working with local universities, companies and related organizations to run employment support programs closely tied to real workplace needs.
