Wise Planet Company, a brand builder that repeatedly creates category-leading brands, said Tuesday it will launch a shareholder benefits program when it lists on Kosdaq on Wednesday.

The company set its IPO price at the top of its indicative range following institutional book-building, then sustained that momentum through the general subscription period, where the competition ratio exceeded 1,000 to 1. The shareholder benefits program was designed to broaden engagement with shareholders following the Kosdaq listing and to offer tangible perks through its own brands and products.

Wise Planet Company operates a range of consumer brands, including premium water-care brand Dr. Piel, sleep-solution brand Nuzam and beauty brand Airenol. The new program covers Dr. Piel and Nuzam, giving shareholders the opportunity to experience the company's key brands and products firsthand.

Any investor who participated in the general subscription or purchased shares after listing is eligible for the program as long as they hold at least one share. Once shareholder status is verified, they receive a 20% discount coupon valid at the official online stores of Dr. Piel and Nuzam, respectively.

Coupons can be obtained through the shareholder benefits menu within the MTS of lead manager Daishin Securities and other brokerages after real-time shareholder verification. They are also available through the MyData service offered by some brokerages, which verifies holdings in the same way.

The program operates in partnership with IR specialist firm IR Kudos. Built around brokerage MTS platforms, it verifies share holdings in real time and delivers benefits without requiring shareholders to go through any complicated documentation process.

"We introduced the shareholder benefits program to carry forward the strong market interest shown during the IPO process into ongoing communication with shareholders after listing," a company official said.

Jincostech, which is seeking to transfer its listing from the Konex market to Kosdaq, and semiconductor equipment maker Melcon are also conducting book-building through Tuesday. Jincostech is an original development manufacturing company that produces cosmetics such as mask packs and eye patches using hydrogel materials. Its indicative IPO price range is 19,500 to 23,500 won ($17), with Hana Securities serving as lead manager. Melcon produces equipment that precisely controls temperature, humidity and other conditions inside machinery used in semiconductor photolithography processes. Its indicative price range is 10,700 to 12,300 won, with Daishin Securities managing the listing.
