BTS has added another music video to its 1.6 billion-view milestone — this time with "MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix)."

According to Big Hit Music, the group's agency, the "MIC Drop" remix music video surpassed 1.6 billion views on YouTube at around 6:37 p.m. Wednesday.

The achievement makes it BTS's fourth music video to cross the 1.6 billion-view mark, following "Dynamite," "Boy With Luv (Feat. Halsey)" and "DNA."

Released simultaneously worldwide on Nov. 24, 2017, the track is DJ and producer Steve Aoki's reimagining of "MIC Drop," a B-side from BTS's fifth mini-album "LOVE YOURSELF 'Her'." Layered with an electro-trap sound, the remix debuted at No. 28 on the Billboard Hot 100 immediately after its release and stayed on the chart for 10 consecutive weeks, setting a record at the time for a K-pop group.

The music video cuts between a neon-lit interrogation room lined with microphones and a vehicle engulfed in flames, maximizing visual impact. The members' synchronized choreography drives the track's momentum over Aoki's DJ beats. The standout moment comes near the end, when Suga drops the microphone he has been holding — the signature "mic drop" gesture that distills the group's confident attitude and narrative into a single image.
