Daegu Shinsegae Department Store announced Thursday that it has opened an IKEA store on its eighth floor.
The new store is an urban-format location designed to give customers easy, convenient access to IKEA close to where they live.
It features home furnishing products and space-use ideas tailored to seasonal trends and local demand.
The store also introduces Swedish Bite, a quick-service food concept that lets customers take their orders to go immediately, offering a new dimension to the IKEA brand experience.
"The new IKEA complements existing large-format stores and digital channels, allowing customers to experience IKEA's products and services right in their own neighborhoods," a Daegu Shinsegae official said.
