Won-shot Hansol, a blind YouTuber, shared his experience of meeting Girls' Generation member Tiffany Young.

On Wednesday, Won-shot Hansol posted several photos with Tiffany on his social media, writing that he was surprised she already knew how to guide a visually impaired person — letting him hold her elbow the moment they met.

He said he had known Tiffany's face before losing his sight, and when he asked what she looked like now, she told him she had become even prettier.

He added that she warmly sympathized with him over the difficulties he faces — including how Braille on beverage cans only says "beverage" without specifying the type, and how buses are hard for visually impaired people to use because drivers do not announce stops — and responded with great cheer.

He also expressed gratitude, saying she reacted enthusiastically every time his dog Tori performed a trick, sang for him in person, and let him hear a new song for the first time.

In the photos, the two sit side by side on a sofa, posing with finger hearts and appearing warm and at ease with each other.

Tiffany was also seen placing Won-shot Hansol's dog on her lap and wrapping one arm around it.

The post has drawn extra attention amid a recent resurfacing of older YouTube videos featuring Won-shot Hansol.

The renewed interest came after some online communities debated remarks and behavior by Park Wi in a 2022 video he filmed with Won-shot Hansol. In the clip, Park Wi made comments such as "You can see everything" and "I'll admit it's not staged," which some users said reflected an inappropriate attitude toward a visually impaired person.

Others, however, argued it was difficult to judge intent from select moments alone, given that the two had an existing friendship when the content was filmed.
