Foreign Minister Cho Hyun departed from Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport on Thursday, bound for Washington, D.C., to attend a South Korea-US foreign ministers' meeting. Cho is set to hold talks with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Washington on Friday, with the two countries expected to discuss a broad range of topics including bilateral relations, Korean Peninsula issues, and regional and global matters.
