Seoul city bus workers and operators reached a wage and collective bargaining agreement in the early hours of Wednesday. The Seoul City Bus Labor Union and the Seoul City Bus Transport Business Association reached a final agreement on a mediation proposal through a second labor dispute adjustment meeting.
