Bank supports district for second consecutive year

Executives and staff from NH NongHyup Bank's Ulsan branch visited the Ulsan Dong-gu District Office on Tuesday to present District Chief Cheon Gi-ok with a hometown love fund donation of 13.5 million won ($10,000).

The handover ceremony was attended by Baek Chang-hun, NH NongHyup Bank's Ulsan regional head, along with Dong-Ulsan branch manager Kim Hyang-hun, Ulsan management support team head Lim Hyeong-seok and Ulsan Dong-gu sub-branch manager Kim Mi-ra.

"We participated in the hometown love fund donation again this year, as we did last year, to support the development of Ulsan's Dong-gu and foster a community spirit of mutual growth," Baek said.

District Chief Cheon said the funds would be put to meaningful use. "The precious donation you have sent with such warmth will be used to advance Ulsan's Dong-gu and improve the welfare of its residents," she said.
