Hyundai Home Shopping Network announced Tuesday it had been named a top performer in the TV home shopping category of the 2026 Korean Call Center Quality Index, a survey administered by the Korean Standards Association (KSA).

The KS-CQI measures the service quality of domestic call centers across seven categories — including reliability and courtesy of consultation services — using a total of 39 evaluation criteria. The Korean Standards Association publishes the index annually.

Hyundai Home Shopping Network was recognized for improving service quality through a next-generation customer satisfaction system, including the introduction of a generative AI-powered chatbot exclusively for customer service agents. The company also offers a "slow speech service" that reduces automated voice guidance speed by 10 to 20 percent to help elderly customers communicate more easily.

"We are developing a differentiated customer service system to provide the best service from the customer's perspective," said Han Gwang-young, chief executive of Hyundai Home Shopping Network. "We will continue to pursue a management strategy that puts a convenient shopping environment and customer satisfaction first."
