Daegu Haany University's University Job Plus Center signs an MOU with Red Gym to foster talent development and promote youth employment. [Daegu Haany University]

Daegu Haany University's University Job Plus Center signed an MOU with Red Gym on Tuesday to foster talent development and promote youth employment.

The agreement aims to build a comprehensive employment support system covering career exploration, job competency development, hands-on experience and recruitment linkages for students.

Under the MOU, the two institutions will share information on hiring trends and industry conditions, and jointly operate field-centered programs including internships, work experience and job training. They will also hold recruitment briefings, provide company and job information, and collaborate on identifying and connecting talented candidates who match each company's hiring needs.

"The University Job Plus Center plans to continuously share information with Red Gym on hiring demand and changes in the industry, and actively reflect that in the university's career and employment programs," a Daegu Haany University official said.
