Actor Lee Ji-yeon is set to marry Yeongcheol, a cast member from Season 21 of the reality dating show "I Am Solo."

On Saturday, Lee announced the news on her social media, sharing wedding photos and writing that she had "met a wonderful person and is embarking on a new beginning together."

In the photos, Lee wore a sleeveless dress with ribbon-detailed shoulder straps and a full, softly beaded wedding gown, striking an elegant figure throughout.

Yeongcheol cut a dependable figure in looks ranging from a beige suit to a sharp black tuxedo. Another set of photos showed the couple in playful matching outfits — jeans, white tops, scarves and sunglasses.

Lee said she had hesitated to reach out to everyone individually, worried about imposing on them, and acknowledged that some may not have heard the news directly from her. "If anyone feels hurt by that, I sincerely hope you will understand," she wrote.

She added, "If you reach out to me, I will gladly and gratefully share the news with you. I will hold every word of congratulations close to my heart and live beautifully."

Lee previously represented South Korea at the international beauty pageant Miss Globe. Yeongcheol works in pipe sales in the steel industry.
