The North Gyeongsang Province chapter of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation announced Sunday it will hold the "2026 North Gyeongsang NH Agricultural Cooperative Agricultural Products AI Short-Form Video Contest" to spotlight the value of the region's produce through the creative ideas of college students.
Applications are open to any college student nationwide, including those on leave of absence, through Sept. 30. Entries must be AI-generated short-form content featuring apples, peaches, grapes or plums from "Daily," North Gyeongsang Province's flagship fruit brand.
Eligible themes include the taste and appeal of North Gyeongsang agricultural products, fresh reinterpretations of local produce from a young consumer's perspective, and content designed to encourage consumption of North Gyeongsang NH Agricultural Cooperative products.
Submissions must be short-form videos between 15 and 30 seconds long. Results will be announced in October.
One winner each in the grand prize, excellence and encouragement categories will receive a certificate and cash prize presented by the head of the North Gyeongsang NH Agricultural Cooperative.
Winners will be appointed as AI creators for the North Gyeongsang NH Agricultural Cooperative, and their entries will be posted across the cooperative's social media channels and used in promotional materials.
Further details on the contest and how to apply are available on the cooperative's official website.
