Yuhan-Kimberly is launching a new skin-sensitive incontinence underwear product, the Depend Style Derma Skin Panty.
The new product's core selling point is "skin comfort felt the moment you put it on." The company says it achieves an underwear-like fit through improvements to the materials in contact with the skin and the absorbent pad structure. Alongside the new product, Yuhan-Kimberly is also releasing a renewed version of the Depend Style Underwear, further expanding its incontinence product lineup.
"We focused on developing a product as comfortable as underwear, using soft materials and a flexible absorbent pad to ensure a smooth, close fit," the company said. "A low-irritation derma care cover that improves skin friction by 4.7 times has been applied." The product has received recognition for its suitability for sensitive skin and low-irritation safety through Germany's Dermatest skin irritation testing.
The new product also offers strong psychological comfort. A slim structure reduces product thickness by 20 percent while maintaining absorbency, lowering the concern of visible bulk under clothing and reflecting consumer emphasis on a clean silhouette. The company added that rewetting performance has improved fivefold compared with previous products.
"Customers who have never used incontinence underwear tend to assume it will be thicker than regular underwear and worry about skin irritation during extended wear — we focused on addressing those concerns," the company said.
