A teenager has been arrested for exposing himself to foreign students on a university campus in Daejeon.

The Daejeon Seo Police Station is investigating the teen, identified only as A, on charges of public indecency. He is accused of exposing himself to international students and others inside a building at a university in Seo-gu, Daejeon, around 3 p.m. Monday, before fleeing the scene.

A returned to the same location around noon that day and was subdued by a school employee who had received a tip, then handed over to police.

"One or two similar incidents also occurred at nearby apartment complexes," a police official said, adding that investigators are looking into whether those cases are connected.
