Porsche Korea on Tuesday opened an expanded and relocated Porsche Service Center Incheon to strengthen customer service capabilities in Incheon and the western Greater Seoul area. Official dealer Stuttgart Sportscar will operate the facility.
Porsche Korea plans to build a combined sales and service hub covering Incheon and the western metropolitan area, anchored by Porsche Studio Songdo and the new service center, offering a consistent brand experience across the full customer journey — from purchase consultation and vehicle delivery to maintenance.
Spanning 6,683 square meters across four above-ground floors, the Porsche Service Center Incheon is a large-scale service facility with significantly expanded workshop and customer amenity spaces compared with the previous center, capable of handling about 8,000 vehicles per year. It features 20 work bays for general maintenance and body and paint services, along with a dedicated aluminum repair booth and other specialist facilities, enabling one-stop service from vehicle inspection and routine maintenance through to body and paint work.
In line with the push toward electrification, the center has built a dedicated electric vehicle maintenance area and a "Quarantine Area" fire-containment system, and has deployed high-voltage vehicle equipment and specialist personnel. Eight high-voltage technicians (HVT) and high-voltage experts (HVE) are on staff, alongside Porsche Global Certified Service Consultants (PGCS) and 11 Porsche Certified Technicians (ZPT) who provide professional vehicle diagnostics and maintenance. The center also operates 19 charging units, including three 320-kilowatt ultra-fast chargers.
The ground floor houses a service reception, welcome lounge and consultation area, while the second floor features a customer lounge inspired by "Werk 1" in Zuffenhausen, along with display areas for Porsche Tequipment and Porsche lifestyle products. Parking for about 60 vehicles has also been secured to further enhance convenience.
Alongside the service center's expansion and relocation, a dedicated vehicle delivery space called "Owner's Collection" — spanning 165 square meters — has been newly created at the nearby Porsche Studio Songdo. Customers can take delivery of their vehicles in a private, dedicated space, offering a more distinctive brand experience.
"The expansion and relocation of the Porsche Service Center Incheon is a strategic investment to proactively respond to growing customer demand and strengthen our service competitiveness," said Yoo Jong-han, chief executive of Stuttgart Sportscar. "We will continue working to improve customer satisfaction and raise the quality of vehicle maintenance and service efficiency, backed by skilled service personnel and specialist facilities."
Meanwhile, Porsche Korea is broadening its customer touchpoints through a range of marketing activities, including a special exhibition titled "K-Heritage Art Exhibition: Line of Connection," which highlights the value of intangible cultural heritage and runs from Tuesday through Sept. 6 at Nakseonjae within Changdeokgung Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
