Daegu Health College signed an MOU with Jakarta II Health Polytechnic, under Indonesia's Ministry of Health, on Tuesday to cooperate on and share healthcare education curricula.

Under the agreement, the two institutions will pursue joint development and improvement of curricula, shared use of course materials, syllabi, teaching and learning resources, and digital education content, as well as joint operation of co-developed education programs and exchanges of students and faculty.

The MOU is particularly significant in that it establishes a framework for applying the healthcare curricula, teaching and learning materials, and digital content developed by the Handalbit Glocal Health Alliance University in overseas education settings.

"The standardized healthcare curriculum of the Handalbit Glocal Health Alliance University has now entered a stage where it extends to overseas education settings," said Nam Sung-hee, president of Daegu Health College. "Starting with the Philippines and Indonesia, we will lead the global spread of K-healthcare education tailored to the educational environment and needs of each country."
