Mungyeong Leisure Town held an inauguration ceremony for its 10th chief executive, Chae Hong-ho, at its headquarters Monday, with executives and employees in attendance.

At the ceremony, Chae outlined five management principles to guide sustainable growth and organizational reform: honest and transparent management, diligence and self-discipline, performance-based evaluation, a culture of mutual respect, and shared growth with the local community.

"I will listen with humility, work diligently in the field and fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to me," Chae said. "With a sense of mission and accountability, I will work together with our employees and the local community to usher in a new era for Mungyeong Leisure Town."
