KG Mobility (KGM) said Tuesday it is participating in EV Trend Korea 2026, held at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, through Thursday, showcasing its electrification lineup including electric vehicles and a hybrid model.

EV Trend Korea is Seoul's only dedicated electric vehicle expo, hosted by the Ministry of Climate, Environment and Energy and co-organized by COEX, the Korea Battery Industry Association and the Korea Automobile Environment Association. The event brings together the latest EV trends — from electric vehicles to charging infrastructure — under one roof.

KGM built its booth around the theme "KGM's EV Lifestyle," centered on everyday adventure and challenge. On display are three eco-friendly electrified models: the Musso EV, Torres EVX and Actyon Hybrid, which visitors can freely inspect.

KGM has also set up a consultation area where visitors can get advice on vehicle purchases and products, along with a range of events. Customers who add KGM's KakaoTalk channel can enter a large capsule-toy draw and receive small prizes. The company is also running a "V2L Popcorn Station," which uses the electric vehicles' Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) function to pop popcorn on-site, giving visitors a hands-on feel for the technology.

The Musso EV, Korea's only electric pickup truck, combines the economic benefits of an EV, the versatility of a pickup and the ride quality of an SUV. It features a next-generation multi-battery management system (BMS) for enhanced safety, along with second-row sliding and reclining seats and generous legroom that deliver interior space rivaling a mid-size SUV.

The electric SUV Torres EVX pairs strong interior space with practicality, making it well suited for outdoor activities such as camping and car camping. Its outdoor V2L support adds to its versatility across both daily use and leisure.

The urban SUV Actyon Hybrid is built on a dual-tech hybrid system designed to deliver a driving feel close to that of a full EV. Its hybrid-exclusive dual-motor transmission, the e-DHT, switches flexibly among nine driving modes — including EV, HEV and engine-only — and can run in EV mode for up to 94 percent of city driving (based on the CVS-75 cycle).

Visitors can also experience the Musso EV through "EV Ride 2026," a test-drive program tied to the exhibition. The course covers approximately 3 kilometers on roads near COEX.

"We have prepared an opportunity to see eco-friendly models with different characteristics all in one place," a KGM official said. "We hope visitors will take this chance to experience the model that best fits their lifestyle."

Meanwhile, KGM has been expanding its presence in key global markets, recently launching its brand in Myanmar in partnership with the Super Seven Stars (SSS) Group.
