Ably said Tuesday that its transaction volume, participating sellers and listed products have all grown since the launch of its guaranteed-delivery service.

Introduced June 23, the service guarantees next-day delivery for orders placed before midnight on weekdays or before 10 p.m. on weekends and public holidays. When a seller pre-stocks products at a fulfillment center, the center handles the entire process — from inventory storage to packaging and dispatch.

The service drew strong demand from the start. Transaction volume in its sixth week (July 30–Aug. 5) was up 74% from the launch week (June 23–29), while the number of orders rose 68%. As of Aug. 5 — roughly six weeks after launch — the number of sellers using the service had grown 97% and listed products 153%.

In July, users in their 20s accounted for the largest share at 43%, followed by teenagers at 27%, those in their 30s at 12% and those in their 40s at 10%. About 16% of users had no purchase history on Ably in the three months prior, indicating the service is drawing back lapsed customers.

"We will expand the products and sellers covered by the guaranteed-delivery service to elevate the shopping experience unique to Ably," a company official said.
