The Seoul Global Real Estate Association (GRAS) and the Global Real Estate Alliance (GREA) will host the 2026 PASSPORT Global Real Estate Summit at the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel in Songpa-gu from Sept. 7 over three days.

More than 200 domestic and international leaders — including real estate developers, financial professionals, investors, brokers, legal experts and policymakers from around the world — are expected to attend, GRAS said Friday.

The summit aims to share the latest trends and investment strategies in the global real estate market while showcasing the investment appeal of Korean real estate and the depth of Korean culture to an international audience.

On the first day, overseas participants will take part in a property tour of Seoul's major real estate development sites. That evening, a welcome reception marking the official opening of the global networking program is scheduled at Saevit Island, a floating island on the Han River.

The second day will open with a ceremony followed by a global economic outlook presentation. A "Korea-US Business Gateway" session exploring bilateral business and investment opportunities will also be held, along with "Dragons' Den," a startup investment pitching competition. A VIP networking program for overseas participants is planned for the evening.

On the final day, a "Global Congress" will analyze opportunities and risks in the real estate market — covering capital flows, demographic shifts and related themes — alongside a session on investing in real estate near prestigious US universities. A Global Connection Roundtable and a gala dinner will round out the program.

Lee Ki-ho, chairman of GRAS, said the summit would present promising investment opportunities in the Korean market to real estate leaders worldwide while also elevating the brand value of Korean real estate and culture through distinctive experiences — including a Han River cruise, a hanbok fashion show and a traditional flea market.
