Lee Yong-su, a survivor of the Japanese military's wartime sexual slavery system, viewed winning entries from the 2026 Youth Art Contest on Japanese Military "Comfort Women" Victims at the Baekbeom Kim Gu Memorial Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on Friday morning. She was joined by Presidential Chief of Staff Kang Hoon-sik and Minister of Gender Equality and Family Won Min-kyung at the ceremony marking the Day of Remembrance for Japanese Military "Comfort Women" Victims.
