Joo Im-soon, 94, died Wednesday afternoon at Samsung Medical Center. She was the mother of Lee Jeong-hwan, former chairman of Korea Exchange and former president of Korea Housing Finance Corporation, and the grandmother of Lee Jae-sang, former vice president of SK Group, and Lee Gyu-sang, an employee of Renault Korea. The funeral is being held at Samsung Medical Center, Room 2. The funeral procession departs Saturday at 5:45 a.m., with burial at the family plot in Yulgok-myeon, Hapcheon-gun, South Gyeongsang Province. Tel: 02-3410-3151.
