Kolon Global said Tuesday its second-quarter consolidated operating profit rose 173.6% from a year earlier to 52.21 billion won ($36.9 million), according to a regulatory filing.

Revenue for the same period came to 750.5 billion won, up 2.2% on-year, according to preliminary figures.

Net profit for the period was 32.26 billion won, swinging to a profit from a loss in the year-earlier quarter.
