Jeon Uk-min, an actor and younger brother of Jeon So-min, has shared an update on his life — working delivery jobs while continuing to pursue an acting career.

On Monday, Jeon posted a short-form video on his social media speaking candidly about the realities of being an unknown actor and what it is like to have a famous celebrity in the family.

"My sister is a famous actress. Thanks to her, I got to appear on TV several times, and that made me want to become an actor too," he said in the video. "Being close to it all made it feel within reach. I thought I would make it, but the wall of reality turned out to be high and thick."

Jeon also reflected on his age and finances. "I'm 38 — almost 40. I have no impressive resume and no savings," he said. On having a celebrity sibling, he added: "People around me assume I must have a lot of money because my sister is a celebrity, but that money has nothing to do with me. She earned it, so it's entirely hers."

He said he is currently doing delivery work to make ends meet. "I'm doing delivery jobs so I can keep doing what I want to do," he said. "Sometimes I feel embarrassed. At my age, doing deliveries — it's hard to talk about."

Even so, Jeon said he has no intention of giving up on his dream. "There's a saying that when you think it's too late, it really is too late — but there's also the saying that when you think it's too late, that's actually the earliest you can start. I believe the latter, and I keep going."

Jeon, born in 1989, is three years younger than Jeon So-min. He first came to public attention when he appeared alongside his sister on a family special episode of the SBS variety program "Running Man."
