Taekwang disclosed Tuesday that its second-quarter consolidated operating profit fell 5.8 percent from a year earlier to 7.21 billion won ($5.1 million).

Revenue for the same period rose 15.8 percent to 83.75 billion won.

Net profit for the period came in at 68.95 billion won, a preliminary figure reflecting a 415.2 percent increase.
