Singer Yang Ji-eun has been named No. 1 in a poll asking which artist has the most romantic voice to add to a summer vacation playlist.
Yang topped the survey — titled "Which star has the 'romantic voice' you want on your exciting summer vacation playlist?" — conducted on Idol Chart from July 27 to Aug. 2, collecting 3,844 votes.
BTS member V finished second with 3,225 votes, followed by Young Tak with 2,157, Jihyo with 621, Sung Si-kyung with 275 and Minami with 28.
Minami is a Japanese member of RESCENE, a group currently generating buzz with a remarkable chart-resurgence run. She has drawn particular attention for overcoming a series of setbacks on her path to becoming a K-pop artist and for speaking Korean more fluently than many Korean singers.
Full results are available under the "POLL" menu on Idol Chart. A new survey is currently underway asking which star best fits the image of an ice cream brand in the height of summer.
