The North Gyeongsang Agricultural Cooperative held a "Grape Day" consumer promotion event at the Gimcheon Agricultural Cooperative's Hanaro Mart from Aug. 7 through Sept. 3, coinciding with the peak grape harvest season.

The event featured special discount sales of a variety of grapes grown in North Gyeongsang Province — including Shine Muscat, Campbell Early and Kyoho — along with tasting sessions and promotional activities designed to let consumers experience the quality and flavor of the region's grapes firsthand.

The cooperative holds monthly seasonal produce marketing events in the Nongsim Cheonsim Zone at Hanaro Mart locations across the province.

"We will continue to build on the spirit of the Nongsim Cheonsim movement and use a range of promotional events and outreach to spread the word about the excellence of North Gyeongsang agricultural products," said Kim Ju-won, head of the division.
