Hancom Lifecare posted second-quarter operating profit of 7.609 billion won ($5.19 million) on a consolidated basis, up 167.7 percent from a year earlier, the company disclosed Thursday.

Revenue for the same period rose 103.3 percent to 55.074 billion won.

Net profit for the period came to 6.819 billion won, a preliminary figure reflecting a 12,076.3 percent increase from a year earlier.
