DK Asia said Tuesday it has opened a third Gomed Galleria store at Royal Park City Complex 2 near Geomam Station. The new outlet follows the first store, which opened at Singeomdan Royal Park City II in March, and the second, which opened at Royal Park City Complex 1 near Geomam Station in May.
The third store was designed around the concept of dining while taking in the world's most beautiful scenery. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the Trinity Lounge — which has an 8-meter ceiling — frame a landscape of diverse trees and seasonal colors, including blue angel cypress, rounded and golden euonymus, photinia and bamboo. The sound of water flowing along a wall fountain adds to the atmosphere, giving residents the feel of a private resort in the heart of the city.
Community-focused amenities have also been incorporated along the routes residents take to access the three-meals-a-day dining service. Royal Park City Prugio near Geomam Station has continued planting additional trees even as the complex enters its fourth year since move-in.
Industry observers have noted the symbolic significance of the third Gomed Galleria opening. It marks the first and only case in which the Gomed Galleria brand has opened three consecutive stores within a single residential complex.
Royal Park City, a brand city of 6,305 households, has secured a stable base of demand and is now successfully operating all three Gomed Galleria locations.
Kim Jeong-mo, chairman of DK Asia, said the partnership between DK Asia and Gomed Galleria represents "the coming together of South Korea's top comprehensive real estate company and its top food and beverage service company, with the shared commitment to provide residents with healthy rest." He added that the company aims to "elevate Royal Park City's dining service into a signature offering that blends community, relaxation and nature — and further cement its standing as South Korea's first premium resort city."
DK Asia successfully completed the first phase of the Royal Park City project, delivering a premium resort city of 6,305 households. The company is now pushing ahead with the second phase — a development of 16,800 households across a 2.6 million-square-meter site in the Geomdan area of Incheon.
DK Asia has secured a strategic financial agreement with global banking partner Hana Bank to establish a stable financial foundation for the first 8,800-household tranche of the second phase. The company has also formed a comprehensive strategic partnership with law firm Kim & Chang to provide expert support across the full scope of the project, covering permits, negotiations with local governments over cost-sharing, taxation, compensation, civil complaints and disputes.
The second phase focuses on creating an urban structure in which culture, nature and people are organically connected, centered on a waterway inspired by Cheonggyecheon, a stream that symbolizes abundance. DK Asia plans to develop Royal Park City into a future-oriented mixed-use city integrating global finance with high-end residential, commercial and cultural functions — and ultimately into a world-class urban development model surpassing Spain's Santander City financial complex.
Meanwhile, Royal Park City was ranked 61st overall in the "2026 Second-Quarter Top 100 Brands in South Korea" list recently released by Brandstock.
